Profile

Senior business analyst with 13 years leading discovery, process redesign and requirements on complex transformation programmes across public-sector construction, defence and nuclear, and private-sector energy trading and maritime. I have worked in multi-contractor environments with heavy governance. I now combine that with hands-on delivery of AI and automation solutions, so I can judge honestly whether AI, automation, analytics or straightforward process redesign is the right answer to a given problem. Comfortable running workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders and engineers alike.
